Hey, I'm Victor Dina!
Here is a brief about me and my journey. I wear a lot of hats: fitness enthusiast, commercial director, youth leader, husband, and proud dad of two amazing boys. But before Project Alpha came to life, my journey was anything but smooth.
MY STORY
For years, I was a full-on gym fanatic. Training was my therapy, my discipline, my rhythm. But when marriage and kids came into the picture, everything shifted. Suddenly, I was juggling work, fatherhood, church, and trying to be present for my family. The gym? That became one of the first things to go. I stopped working out completely for years, and I felt it — not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.

There was a point when I realised something had to change. I came to understand that fitness didn’t have to mean spending hours at the gym. In fact, for someone with limited time, fitness needed to work around my life — not the other way around. I started finding ways to move with intention, train efficiently at home, and stay consistent. And more importantly, I began to prioritise what truly mattered: my health, my family, and my relationship with God.

That shift in mindset changed everything. My energy improved. My connection with my wife and kids deepened. My faith grew stronger. And I couldn’t keep that to myself.

That’s why I created Project Alpha — to help other busy dads like me unlock their full potential. It’s not just about building muscle. It’s about building a legacy. A lifestyle that balances fitness, fatherhood, and faith — because I believe that when men lead themselves well, they can lead their families even better.

If you’re a dad trying to figure it all out, I see you. I’ve been there. And I’m here to help you rise, because real strength is built at home. In the quiet moments. In the consistent choices. In putting God and family first.
